Rehearsal Scenes
-
Small Groups: The Crickets
The Crickets got their start when several members expressed a desire to supplement the Glee Club's September through May rehearsal schedule by getting together to sing in the summer.
-
Small Groups: The Metrognomes
The Metrognomes are one of the standing small groups of the UGC.
-
Small Groups: The Ten
The Ten was formed in 1978, when three quartets that had been competing in the UGC's annual quartet contest banded together to perform for smaller audiences. Those three quartets had a total of ten men, two singing in more than one quartet...hence the name, which has stuck even though the group has subsequently expanded to the current eighteen.
